i’ve been slacking in my updates haven’t i? truth is, there was a load of hyperactivity heading up to the new year that i really couldn’t find a peaceful time to type a new entry. maybe i should start a summary a la nina 
- zana now knows the power of hand gestures together with baby talk. she will point to something and says “nak”. she shakes both her hands if something is ‘habis’ or ‘tak ada’. she says “ukak” (dgn qalqalah sughra) for a lot of things, like opening the biscuit tin, the cd case or switching the lights on/off! too bad she can’t say “tutup” yet.
- zana also knows where mata, hidung, mulut, gigi, lidah, rambut, tangan, kaki, pampers, and pusat are. i can give her simple instructions now, like “pegi letak tu atas meja” and she complies. early training is important.. heheheh!
- i had to play bass guitar for a new year’s eve ‘mini-concert’ at my uncle zoob’s “palace”. very impromptu since we never had practice time. it was all depending on request and therefore very berterabur and ended up with lots of half-songs!
- on new year morning the clan (or rather, 22 of us aunties/uncles/cousins) had our 1st ever bowling tournament at u-bowl 1 utama. havoc giler!! plan to have it at least once every school holidays since some of the lil ones are in boarding schools.
- i’m still trying to fix a date for the thai food makan2. do u guys prefer weekends or weekdays/nights? i’m not around this weekend (celebrating my 2nd anniversary with hubby n baby somewhere hehe) but otherwise i’m all up for suggestions!
- had to work on saturday n sunday all day that i missed arina’ s birthday party on saturday

maybe i should put up my 2007 resolutions here since at least i can refer to it every once in a while and REMIND myself every once in a while 
. but first of all i need to have at least one resolution.. LOL
